Since its inception in 1976, the Whitehall community has been a fixture in North Raleigh. With its unique "New England" type architecture, resident amenities, and central location it has been a magnet for the discerning homebuyer who wants to live in a neighborhood with a "village" feel. Clustered together, yet set apart: A unique townhome environment.

Whitehall's beautifully wooded landscape, red brick streets, and wooden bridge all add to its charm. Currently comprised of 170 individual town homes, most of which are owner-occupied, Whitehall has always been a magnet for the discerning home buyer; boasting a well-designed and landscaped environment, a community pool and brick-paved streets and parking areas. The homes are wood-sided, and the community offers a broad cross-section of floor plans, square footage, and color schemes. Created in sets of two (with a sprinkling of unattached homes), the town homes of Whitehall offer a maximum of privacy with a minimum of owner-required exterior upkeep.

The community is ideally situated in North Raleigh, close to some of the top schools in Wake County, across from Millbrook Exchange Park, one of Raleigh's favorite parks. Whitehall is located near major shopping centers, theaters, hospitals and other amenities that make it a very desirable location. Even better, Whitehall is located between the 440 and 540 beltlines, making it a convenient commute for those who work in Durham or the Research Triangle Park. At normal morning/evening traffic times, driving time to the airport is about 30 minutes and to Research Triangle Park is about 40 minutes.

The community is governed by a resident-elected board of directors, which meets at least once a month to manage the board's financial and infrastructure responsibilities. The board's responsibilities are defined by a published set of community strictures and guidelines that may be altered only by a two-thirds majority vote of Whitehall homeowners.

On-site Recreational Facilities!

Whitehall is blessed not only with 70 absolutely beautiful wooded acres but with of a one of a kind recreational area situated on our beautiful property.
